Somebody Made A Difference

I would like you to meet Yuri (Junray).  He lives with his parents, a brother in Lumbangan City Dump. When we first met this young man he was very sickly.  He stands about 36" tall and is 11 years old.  A friend of this ministry stepped up and took on the burden of his health care costs.  Our team leader in this out reach area, Louise, saw to it that he got to his doctors appointments on time and that he had his prescriptions.  Yuri was diagnosed with anemia, malnutrition, two types of paracites and bilateral pnemonia (both lungs).  He was given antibiotics and anti paracitic prescriptions and his health has improved 100%.  In addition to this we make sure the yuri receives healthy foods, hand sanitizer, bar soap and instructions on proper hygiene practicies.  I've attached pics of him when we first met him and now.

Somebody Made A Difference

In January of this year these two girls were left orphans when their mother died of liver cancer.  They are Cheynie, 8 abd Deborah, 6.  Two friends of this ministry stepped up and sponsored these girls with a monthly pledge of support.  They now have care, a home, a bed, clothing, medical attention, food, education and always here about their Savior, Jesus.  They are from Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte.
